Sulphur Springs Library is a legally established Texas Public Library. As a user, you have full access to the online database for your personal reference. However, you cannot access the sites from outside of the library, unless otherwise stated below. The extensive database includes a wide variety of information, including History and Genealogy, Business Information, Health and Wellness, Full-text articles and books, Encyclopedias, Literature, Science and Agriculture, eBooks, Newspaper archives, and more. Through NetLibrary, one of the sites listed on the database, The Texas State Library has set up a special account for Texas library patrons, with over 8500 eBooks online for you to browse or check out. While inside the library, you have full access to the eBook. You can also access this collection from your home, but you must first set up an account from within the library. Once you have an account set up, you are able to download the eBook to your personal computer for offline viewing from your home, or read it online. (These eBooks are not compatible with Palm Readers. They are only viewable on your PC.) When you check a book from the collection, you have exclusive use of the title. The eBook is automatically returned to the collection when the checkout period expires. For more information on how to set up your account and checkout periods for eBooks, please ask an employee at the circulations desk. To access the site, simply click here, or on the link provided below. Your computer should automatically take you to the database main page. Remember that once you reach this page, you must click on "Enter Database" to gain access to the collection. Once you have done this, you should be directed to the main database index, where you will find links to information, separated by topic. If you are not automatically taken to this site, please ask a library employee at the front desk for assistance.
