Placing Holds on Library Items
Item Holds Requests are limited to six (6) items per cardholder. Once these six items have been picked up, an additional request(s) may be submitted. Note: Patrons should allow at least 24 hours for Holds Request to be processed before attempting to contact the library. Also, please know it is important to pickup the items being held for you as promptly as possible. Item Holds are held at the Circulation Desk up to three (3) business days from the time the request has been fulfilled. A courtesy call will be placed to inform you that the request has been satisfied. However, the library will not be responsible for requests that have been returned to the shelf after the pickup date has expired or for unfulfilled requests due to incorrect telephone numbers or the inability to reach a patron by phone.
